Dersin Amacı

The objective of Performance Management in Health Organizations course is the examination of performance concept and performance management process in health care. Additionally, performance management model implementations in Turkey and some developed countries shall be focalized in context of the course.

Dersin İçeriği

During this course, necessary information shall be provided on performance management process and performance management methods by emphasizing performance notion.
