Dersin Amacı

Municipalities, in our country in general is more important than other local governments. Considering that in Turkey 83% of the population lived within the municipal boundaries their importance appear.
In addition, the new Municipality Law No. 5393, as well as local public service providers and beneficiaries of public service for the new plans, policies and tools to reveal. Implications of these developments, municipal administration and the issues arising from this process must be analyzed.
