Dersin Amacı

This course aims to examine management (private and public) from a sociological perspective, to teach formal and natural organization concepts, processes, structures, functions and problems, management theories, bureaucracy and human factors in management at postgraduate level. It also aims to provide students with the necessary skills to understand, criticize and interpret contemporary developments and practices in management theories.
