In the content of this course; Basic rules of working in the laboratory, Introduction of basic equipment used in the laboratory, Usage areas of basic equipment used in the laboratory, Basic solutions used in the laboratory, Preparation of solutions used in the laboratory, DNA isolation, RNA isolation, DNA and RNA quantification, Electrophoresis,  Types of electrophoresis, Definition of PCR and its application, Preparation of PCR reaction mix, Determination of PCR conditions, Gene expression analysis, Mutation analysis methods, DNA sequence analysis, Methods of determining the effective doses of therapeutic agents, Investigation of the molecular effects of therapeutic agents on cellular processes and methods of  cell death type.
