Dersin Amacı | This course aims to enhance students’ appreciation of short fiction as a literary form; to enable students to prepare course materials which utilize short stories in teaching English as a foreign language; to enable the students to develop lesson plans in which they would use short fiction as course material, and to present their course materials through practical applications. |
Dersin İçeriği | This course analyzes the short story as a literary genre (with examples mainly from English and American literature) and deals with the techniques of using short fiction in teaching English as a foreign language. |
