Course Objective

The aim of this course is to help students acquire necessary knowledge and skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis, basic operations applied in chemical analysis, basic principles of analytical chemistry and instrumental analysis methods and basic concepts of organic chemistry.

Introduction To Analytical Chemistry: Chemical Analysis, Qualitative-Quantitative Analysis Methods, Applications Of Qualitative And Quantitative Analysis, Water And Its Importance In Qualitative Analysis, Qualitative Analysis Of Drinking Water, Qualitative Analysis: Anion-Cation Analysis, Gravimetric Analysis And Its Applications, Titrimetric Analysis And Its Applications, Volumetric Analysis And Related Calculations, Instrumental Analysis And Its Application, Introduction To Organic Chemistry; Basic Concepts In Organic Chemistry (Bonding At Carbon Atom). Basic Concepts In Organic Chemistry: Molecular Formulas, Structural Formulas, Nomenclature Of Organic Molecules, Isomerism And Radical Concept In Organic Molecules.
