It is aimed to examine the behavior of individuals in the work environment in order to produce scientifically based solutions to problems related to the field of business and organization; social and psychological processes necessary for the improvement and development of the workplace; to investigate and evaluate the behaviors of employees with quantitative methods.

Dersin İçeriği

Relationship between working life and socio-economic and political systems, industrial psychology and working areas, group and group behaviors, communication systems between employees and workers in business, motivation, productivity, industrial democracy and management problems and their analysis with scientific methods.
