Dersin Amacı

In this course, it is aimed to define child rights and child protection laws, to take measures for child neglect and abuse, to take measures to protect the rights of children with special needs, to gain the necessary information for cooperation on child rights and protection.

Dersin İçeriği

The concept of child protection, the subject and characteristics of child law, the concept of child rights, the historical development of child rights in world law, the rights of children in international agreements, the basic principles of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, the child and legal status in the Turkish Law System, the protection of the child in public law , private child law, social assistance and security, to handling the child in education and labor law, the role of psychological counselors in protecting the rights of the child, the role and functions of psychological counselors in related to children whose legal process in progress.
