Course Objective | The main aim of nowadays educational system is educating literate person. And the aimd of this course is defining literacy and characteristics of literate persons to students and bring out differences and similarity between them. This course is important because student can examine emerging literacies and can discuss some important points of newer literacies. |
Course Content | Definition of literacy concept, science literacy, technology literacy, information literacy, computer literacy, environmental literacy, visual literacy, Internet literacy, digital literacy and media literacy. |
