Course Objective

Introduce students of elementary mathematics with concepts of basic mathematics and inform them about construction of number system by the help of their historical evolution

Natural numbers, Peano Axioms , ordering natural numbers, countable, integers and features, Tamsayılar ve özellikleri , definition of rational numbers and features, rational number sequences, positive real numbers, real number sequences, principle of supremum, decimal presentation, number axis and extended real number system,, definition of complex numbers, conjugate and absolute value, basic theorem of algebra.
