Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide a state of consciousness that is able to evaluate ceramics as an art design material, also become more skilled in forming the material.

Course Content

The main topics of the course are; to make researches and designs for three different ceramic objects, solving the problems of technique and materials, capability of undertaking the designing phase, application studies and presentation

Week Course Topics Preliminary Preparation
1 The main topics of the course and the examination dates are given to every student on a sheet of paper and explanations are given, a preliminary research study is expected from the student
2 Fulfillment of a design chosen from a group of sketches done after the research is expected, the student starts to form the design that the coordinator of the course has accepted
3 Execution of the project carries on, besides sketches and research study for the next projects are also persists
