Course Objective

The aim of the course is to improve the proficiency of teacher candidates on concept teaching of individuals with ID, and to improve their ability to use teaching methods used for concept teaching.

Course Content

Basic concepts in concept teaching, types of concepts, methods in concept teaching, evaluation in concept teaching, preparation and use of teaching materials for concept teaching.
