The course aims to teach the basic concepts of foreign policy and the effects of states' decision-making processes on shaping foreign policy.

Ders, teori ile pratik arasındaki ilişki üzerinden devletlerin dış politika karar alma süreçlerini inceler. Ders özellikle devletlerin siyasal sistemlerinin, dış politikanın şekillenmesindeki etkisi üzerine odaklanmaktadır.
