Safe blood supply and blood bank transfusion works to provide; donor selection and all factors affecting the donor selection, immünohepatolojik screening tests, hemovijilans procedures relating thereto, transfusion committee, apheresis applications, leukocyte filtration and x-ray procedures, quality of work, recording systems and the granting of all blood center organization of education.
