Dersin Amacı It is aimed to understand career development at the individual and organizational perspectives. According to this main aim; it is aimed to support the employees to make their individual career plans and to determine the suitable organizational tools for their career development, to implement these applications, to establish the relation between career management and the other HRM functions for managing and developing human resources effectively.
Dersin İçeriği Career management and its conceptual framework, career management process as the organisational dimension of career development, its tools and applications, career stages of the employees, career problems and the solutions will be discussed.
