Dersin Amacı

The aim of the course is to provide an introduction to a comparative analysis of employment relations systems, processes and outcomes. This will be done through the analysis of a selection of countries including the UK, USA, EU countries, Japan, Russia and China.

Analysing comparative employment relations systems, actors in employment relations and their historical development, collective bargaining applications and comparing with Turkish employment relations system.
