Dersin Amacı

Understanding that services are separate from physical goods and service and expose  that businesses have their own production, management and marketing strategies.

Dersin İçeriği

Service marketing activities also have different characteristics due to the content of services and some characteristics that distinguish services from goods. The content of this course generally consists of examining the specific features that distinguish services from physical goods and service marketing from marketing of physical goods.
