Dersin Amacı | Using photography in the field of art and communication changed in the 1960s. Contemporary art ptactice effected on photography and it transformed post-aesthetics appearence. Concept on arts; the market, art institutions, digital art practices, artist and art work, changed also. Contemporary photography and contemporary design were affected by this change. In this course will be discussed dimensions of interaction with example design works. |

In this course, the formation of photographic culture and its effects on society will be examined.
In addition, the use of minimalist, conceptual, postmodern, contemporary and other contemporary styles of photography in design will be discussed through examples.
