Dersin Amacı Having student know about mechanical, chemical, thermal and tribological behaviours of materials. Having student also teach about computer aided analysis and simulation of materials behaviours.
Dersin İçeriği Classifications and properties of materials. Mechanical, chemical, thermal and tribological behaviours of materials. Concepts of modelling, analysis, simulation and finite element method. Computer aided modelling and design for analysis. Define properties of materials and apply mesh operation. Define boundary conditions and loads. Solution, simulation and evaluation of results. Practice sample analyses and simulation applications.
