Dersin Amacı

To inform the basic theories and practices related to in-service training programs and to develop perspectives on existing in-service training programs and alternative approaches.

Dersin İçeriği

Discussion of the concepts of in-service training and adult education as well as the concept of manpower to be created in development. The reasons for this kind of training, the methods of motivating this training and how to develop in-service training programs. The elements related to curriculum development and their relations in the implementation of in-service training programs of institutions.
