Dersin Amacı | Purpose of this lecture is to make the student gaining the ability of evaluating the quality of the state activities in economy and their effects over individuals, society and economy. To analyze the relationship of the state between individuals and society in legally, politically, economically. Initially in the context of neoclassical economy, the connection of the public sector with market, the quality of public goods, public expenditures, public incomes/taxes and their effects over individual and society are studied in this lecture. Thereafter the politic/intuitional quality of taking decisions by the public sector is emphasized, public choices and social choice theories are touched on. Also the efficiency of the fiscal theory is discussed. |
