Dersin Amacı This course administration aims to address the formal and natural concept of (public and private ) organization, processes , structures, functions, and problems, and bureaucracy and the human factors in the administration processes from a sociological perspective. At the same time contemporary developments in management theory and practice are discussed for students to understand, and interpret these social phenomenon.
