Course Objective This lesson, especially in analytical chemistry science at the Master's and Doctoral programs, Pharmaceutical Chemistry domain for an academic career to those who want, research institutes, target and to focus on areas such as government agencies and pharmaceutical industry or already working as employees here and get further education on the subject aims to provide training for those who want to learn how to do research and application.
Course Content Pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences and the related general concepts, qualitative pharmaceutical analysis, quantitative pharmaceutical analysis, instrumental drug analysis methods, ultraviolet and visible spectroscopy (uv-vis.) methods, infrared spectroscopy (IR) methods, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) methods, mass spectrometry (mass) methods, applications, the impurities in the pharmaceutical active substance and analysis methods, quantitative analysis in biological fluids, chromatographic techniques and method development, HPLC and GC methods for of the analysis pharmaceutical active compounds.
