Dersin Amacı

With this course, project management methodology will be emphasized and the necessary issues for the effective and efficient realization of a project will be explained.

The course will focus on project scheduling, which is one of the most important parts of project management. In particular, Gantt diagram, Critical Path Method (CPM) and Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT), which are fundamental in project scheduling, are applied with various software such as WinQSB, QM for Windows, Lingo and Microsoft Project. will be realized.
