Dersin Amacı | Aim of this course is to make the environmental engineer to get familiar with the basic and essential information about the law and professional ethics. İt is, with this respect, aimed to teach the main concepts and principles of law (( legislations, regulations, printed notices ) regarding the environmental issues and to reach them when required. |
Dersin İçeriği | Introduction and general definitions of regarding law, the benefits of law, the position of environmental law within general law concept, the historical development process of our environmental legislation. The law and legislation in our constitution regarding environmental issues, Environmental law, the other law regarding environment, regulations and notices and legislations about environment, International Treaties, The applications of environmental legislation in Turkey, the importance of environmental inspections and the applications of the legislation of environmental inspections. International agreements related to environmental problems. |
