Course Objective

The aim of this course is to equip students the Total Quality Management philosophy, implementation steps, contemporary Quality Management Systems.

Course Content

Quality concepts, historical development of quality, philosophy and principles of TQM, quality culture at companies, continuous improvement (Kaizen), standardization, TS-EN-ISO Quality Management Systems, OHSAS 18001, EFQM excellence model, quality costs.
