Course Objective Determination and evaluation of the evolution of social work throughout the history, historical developments of projections and ap.plications, Phases of humanitarian services throughout the history and learning the fundamentals of it in terms of determining the characteristics of today´s conditions.
Course Content Analysis of social welfare concept. The position of social work among other humanitarian services, its historical evalution, aim and function. Formation, evalution and history of Social Work. The historical evalution process of Social Work in Turkey and in the World. Evaluation of the services in history. Evaluation of contemporary Social Work. Historical approach on Social Work . The position of humanitarian services in history.
