Course Objective To show the position of social services in public administration.
- To reflect historical development of social services in Turkish public administration system.
- To evaluate the structure and efficiency of social services in point of social state and social municipality.
Course Content To build a conceptual frame intended for public administration. To establish the basic components and functions concerning central structuring in point of administration theories. To examine Turkish Republic’s social policies and social services in constituonal and practical way. To show the evaluation in mentality of public administration and social services in the way to EU.
