Dersin Amacı Our aim is to teach seismic reflection field’s workings in advanced level to our students who finished their licence education and to do these applications into practice.thus, they will be able to do samples about data-process, migration, artificial seismograms, two and three dimentional evaluation, computer applications and industry subject about seismic reflection data.
Dersin İçeriği Seismology and structure of Earth: refraction seismology, crust structure. Prenciple of seismic wave spread: reflection, refraction and transmission. Used Recievers and artificial energy sources on land, sea and deep hole. Factors of efected seismic wave. Reflection and transmission coefficients. To absorb, repeated reflection, Seismic refraction method. Noise analysis. Seismic land inventions. Shared reflection point technics. Statics and dynamic corrections. Velocity concepts in seismic reflection and velocity analysis. Entering seismic data-process methods and to prepare stack cross sections.
