Course Objective In order to achieve some knowledge and abilities to explain the preparing procedures of tools and machines used in concrete technology.
Course Content To prepare tools and machines by using work safety, to shape of the steel materials in reinforced concrete such as cleaning and smoothing of the surfaces and some procedures of steel materials in the reinforced concrete to give them some specialties such as assembly, fitting and giving shape of hook, fitting steel bar into formworks and regulation of concrete cover, controlling of the both formworks and steel materials system According to the project and other specifications, to complete concrete procedures such as transporting, settling and vibration,
to complete and smoothing concrete surface.

Week Course Topics Preliminary Preparation
1 Preparing tools and machines by using work safety.
2 Sort of steel materials and its characteristics used in the reinforced concrete
3 Reshaping of the steel bar in the reinforced concrete
4 Cleaning, smoothing, cutting and fitting some parts of surfaces.
5 Procedures of steel bar bending
6 Some procedures of steel materials in the reinforced concrete to give them some specialties such as assembly, fitting and giving shape of hook.
7 Fitting steel bar into formworks and regulation of concrete cover.
8 Controlling of the both formworks and steel materials system according to the project and other specifications
